Q: How do I get my photos to you?

A: Please upload them to us here!

Q: What kind of photos should I upload?

A: Please consider images that are casual, not overly staged, and that are taken on the eye level of your kid or pet. A relaxed smile always makes for a better piece of artwork than an ear-to-ear grin.

Q: How many photos should I send?

A: The more photos you send, the more options Jarrett will have to work from, which will produce a better drawing.

Q: I ordered a drawing with multiple people but I don't have a photo where everyone is in it and looking good. What should I do?

A: Don't worry about having all subjects in one photo. Jarrett can combine photos to create a drawing with everyone in one image!

Q: I have a vision but don't see an entry for what I'm looking for. May I get in touch to request something?

A: Please do!

Q: May I use the artwork that I buy for my company's logo?

A: Unfortunately, no. You are purchasing the physical art not the copyright to duplicate it. But please do get in touch if you would like to learn more about rates for logos.
